How to actually enjoy a Quarantine Workout
1. Listen to music - I have met hundreds of people, but still yet have to meet someone who doesn't enjoy music! Music helps people bond and when you are listening to your favourite playlist, time flies. Just today, my 20 minute hardcore workout turned into a walk in the park because I had put my favourite playlist on shuffle.
2. Imagine its consequences - I am currently about 3 inches shorter than my dad. And thats not a lot. It can be gained easily. That thought, that feeling elevates and pushes you to work harder.
3. Do it with your loved ones - Man is a social animal. Group activities are preferred by many. Especially if the group includes your loved ones. Do it with your family or your friends over a video call or in person if they stay with you. That way you can have some laughs and even get fitter and better.
